Family foundations

We advise entrepreneurs and their families on using a family foundation as a tool for long-term wealth management and for structuring the relationships between the founder, beneficiaries, and the business.

We support clients both at the decision-making stage of establishing a foundation and throughout its ongoing operation. A family foundation enables the planning of asset management rules, the definition of how beneficiaries may use those assets, and the preservation of the integrity of both the business and family wealth over the long term.
