He has extensive experience in the field of obligation relationships in the building industry, as well as in purchasing and selling properties for investments. In addition to that, he:
- has provided legal advice while building outdoor substations and high voltage electricity power lines and gas transmission pipelines;
- has participated in work of teams dealing with taking over properties and companies that lead car dealers and car service workshops;
- has trained developers in the field of investment implementation and defended against claims of tenants and housing communities;
- has represented building contractors in courts in disputes with procurers concerning contractual penalty claims related to performing construction works within public procurement;
- has supported clients i.a. in cases concerning building business units of large cubic capacity, housing estates, implementation of utility networks for residential housing in Poznań and neighboring areas, premium car dealers and many other types of investments.
In his daily work, he also deals with preparing legal opinions and analyses of regulations concerning the construction process, changes in them and the influence of such changes on the investment implementation process.
