Professional experience

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He gained over 5 years of experience, particularly while working with Poznań law firms providing legal assistance to entrepreneurs, among others. At the law firm, he supports a team of attorneys and legal advisors by assisting business entities in civil and administrative law, including in court and administrative proceedings. He also has experience in public procurement disputes, which he gained through participation in proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeal.

    He graduated in canon law (MA) from the Faculty of Canon Law at the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow in 2025.

  • Providing legal opinions at the request of an energy company in the field of civil and administrative law, including issues related to claims for the reconstruction of line equipment and obligations arising from waste management regulations.
  • Legal support for entrepreneurs in claims for damages resulting from defective construction works at the pre-trial and trial stages,
  • Preparing appeals against actions taken by contracting authorities in breach of public procurement law in the course of public procurement proceedings (above and below EU thresholds); participation in proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber in appeal proceedings,
  • Supporting entrepreneurs in pursuing civil law claims arising from crimes committed to the detriment of the entrepreneur,
  • Preparing appeals against decisions establishing or refusing to establish development conditions taken into account by appeal authorities.
  • Winner and finalist of competitions for trainees organized at the national level:

    • Arbitration Tournament for Trainee Legal Advisors, “Master of Arbitration 2024,” organized in 2024 by the National Council of Legal Advisors in Warsaw,
    • “Professional Representative before the CJEU” competition, organized in 2024 by the National Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw,
    • the 7th edition of the “Construction Disputes in the Supreme Court Case Law” competition, organized in 2025 by the law firm JDP Drapała & Partners in Warsaw (4th place).
Publications

Author of articles on legal issues published in a bulletin issued by the Wielkopolska Capital Club in Poznań, concerning, among others:

  • obligations of entrepreneurs under the European Accessibility Act (EAA),
  • the EU Packaging Regulation and its scope of application in the context of business activities,
  • amendments to tax regulations concerning property tax,
  • entries of business entities on the Polish sanctions list introduced after Russia's aggression against Ukraine,
  • an analysis of the provisions of the Road Traffic Law on the rights and obligations of cyclists in road traffic,
  • statutory restrictions on offering to purchase or acquire shares in a limited liability company.
After work

He is interested in general history. He spends his free time playing sports and traveling.
