Her professional experience includes comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs, labor law, real estate law and support for the investment process in such areas as due diligence, real estate contracts, or representation of clients in administrative and administrative court proceedings. She also supported housing communities and property owners in regulating the legal status of real estate.

Her interests include comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs, including the review of contracts, negotiations on commercial contracts, litigation and corporate services for companies. She has conducted numerous reorganization processes in companies and sole proprietorships, transformations of entities, as well as advised on shareholder conflicts.
She also provides support in labor law, representing in labor disputes and before authorities, preparing internal acts and advising on health and safety issues.
Among her strengths are meticulousness and commitment to the client, creativity.

She has been with Krotoski Advocates and Legal Advisors since 2017.

Publications

An editor of the web portal PrawoiBudowa.pl, the author of numerous publications on various web portals and in Polish nationwide journals.

After work

In her spare time, she hikes Polish mountain trails, and trains her patience while weaving macramé.
