She represented one of the largest automotive corporate groups in Poland in court cases, disputes with clients concerning statutory warranty claims and contractual claims, as well as debt collection proceedings.
She has participated in numerous projects of the automotive industry, making her contribution especially by preparing various legal solutions for companies offering short-term and long-term rental services.
She has participated in negotiations with importers as a dealer representative, including mediations concerning establishing and terminating cooperation with the particular brand.
She used to provide continuous legal advice to various brands such as Ford, Mazda, Hyundai, VOLVO, Mercedes-Benz.
She also dealt with legal verification of debt security in credit agreements (mortgages, pledges, bank and insurance guarantees, transfers of titles to secure loan repayment).

She specializes in providing legal service to business entities from the automotive industry. She is an expert in the field of statutory warranty claims and contractual claims. She advises car dealers in processes of selling vehicles and providing repair and maintenance services by preparing internal procedures and regulations.
In addition to that, she deals with:
- reviewing agreements used in the automotive industry, especially contracts for sale, services agreements, short-term and long-term rental agreements, with vehicle financing entities;
- verifying and preparing clauses concerning security for debts;
- representing business clients in civic disputes with clients and other entrepreneurs;
- GDPR and AML procedures;
- reviewing promotional and marketing materials for the automotive industry;
- conducting various trainings, including webinars;
- participating in negotiations with importers as a dealer representative, including mediations concerning establishing and terminating cooperation with the particular brand.

She prefers leading an active lifestyle and is into many physical activities such as running, cycling, skiing and Nordic walking. She participates in road running events, including half marathons. In 2018 she received the Crown Medal of Polish Half marathons. She is passionate about travelling in southern Europe.
